"Gamesurance" Hackathon Competition Award

 The Gamesurance Hackathon, where digital service channels AHE Online and AHE Mobil were invited to generate ideas involving gamification, concluded. While 154 people applied to the online event between 9-11 July 2021, 61 people from 12 different teams were entitled to participate in the competition. Competitive teams had the opportunity to display their innovative perspectives by generating gamification-based ideas that would ensure customer satisfaction and encourage transactions through online channels.

The teams, given azure training by Microsoft, made their presentations before the jury after meeting with their mentors. The first three projects selected by the jury consisting of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, Microsoft and Brand New Game representatives won a total of 45 thousand TL awards. In the “Gamesurance” Hackathon event, the PushUP team was awarded 20 thousand TL, the second place Omega team 15 thousand TL, and the third Hisar team 10 thousand TL.

Mertol Okçu, our senior student of the Department of Communication Design, and Süleyman Yalçın 2nd grade student of the Department of Business Administration, who were part of the Omega team, came in second prize.
